All applications will be ranked and approved based on a state-wide
environmental ranking worksheet that will insure that the most environmental
benefit is received for the dollars expended. Individuals with the highest point
totals generated from this worksheet will be ranked higher in consideration to
receive cost-share assistance than those applications with lower points. In the
case of a tie, the application with the lowest cost for the benefits obtained
will be considered for cost-share assistance.
Please refer to the state list for practices, cost-share rates, and
restrictions. Limited Resource Farmers may receive a
higher cost-share percentage of 90 percent.
