Contracts will be developed for approved applications in order of descending environmental points until all funds are obligated. All completed applications will be batched, ranked, and prioritized. The first batching period for ranking and prioritizing applications will be January 6, 2006. Subsequent batching dates will be announced as needed to rank and prioritize any new or unfunded applications.

Cost-share rates of practices will be set at no more than 50 percent. Eligible practices and restrictions are the same as those on the NRCS statewide list.
