All applications will be ranked using the Listing of 2006 EQIP on Web Resource Concerns, Descriptions, and Points worksheet. Approvals will be given to those applications that will provide the greatest environmental benefits, i.e., those receiving the most environmental points. Contracts will be developed for approved applications in order of descending environmental points, until all funds are obligated. When available funds for resource concerns will not fully fund the next applicant, the funds will be returned to the State Pool. The first batching period for ranking and prioritizing applications will be January 6, 2006. Subsequent batching dates will be announced as needed. Cost-share and incentive payment rates will be the maximum approved on the State NRCS List. Eligible Practices and Restrictions will be the same on the State NRCS list.
