As the DisABILITY (the emphasis is on ABILITY) Employment Program (DEP) Manager, I advise the Deputy Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (DEEOO) Gary Kobylski on matters affecting the employment and advancement of desirable employees in Alabama.  I am responsible for the performance and duties of the DEP as listed in the General Manual.

I am honored to have been selected to serve in this 3-year collateral position as a liaison to improve the conditions of today for a more accessible tomorrow.
