Subject: CPA – District Annual Reports

Purpose: To notify offices that District Annual Reports are due into the state office.

Expiration Date: December 30, 2006

Action Required By:

Field Offices to ASTC-Field Operations – December 8, 2006
Assistant State Conservationist – Field Operations to state office – December 15, 2006

District Annual Reports are due in the state office by December 15. Field offices should
forward four copies of the annual report to their respective ASTC-Field Operation’s Office by December 8.

If the report is published in the newspaper, THE REPORT ONLY (NOT THE ENTIRE PAGE) should be sent. ASTC-Field Operation’s Offices should send three copies of each report to Ray Donaldson, Assistant State Conservationist, by December 15.
