Example 1 (No visible evidence of cultural resources):

Cultural Resource Review of Mr. George Johnson, Tract #1242, EQIP contract #7441016D095. I walked over about 25% of the APE of the conservation practice(s) to be installed and did not see any cultural resources or artifacts in the APE or adjacent to the APE. The surface visibility was 10%. Discussed cultural resources with the landowner and he/she was not aware of any on the property or adjacent properties.

Example 2 (Possible site):

I am attaching copies of cultural resource forms of three cost program participants that I have found evidence of cultural resources that might need your immediate attention. Find attached a Cultural Resources Review Form for these participants. I will forward a spreadsheet with others in my county.

Example 3  (Possible site):

Cultural Resource Review of Mr. George Johnson, Tract #1242, EQIP contract #7441016D095. I inspected approximately 10% of the APE in the planning process, however, I did not see any cultural resources or artifacts. The surface visibility was 50%. In my discussion with landowner he/she indicated that he/she had found arrow heads and other cultural resources along the Big Nance Creek bottomland. This area would be on the edge of the APE.
