Subject:  EOP – Change to Civil Rights Advisory Committee (CRAC)

Purpose:   To announce a change to CRAC.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

Beginning October 1, 2007, Linda McGraw will replace Evelyn Bostick as recorder for the Civil Rights Advisory Committee for FY 2008. David Elliott will continue to serve as Special Emphasis Program Manager for the American Indian/Alaska Native Program. His term will end September 30, 2010.

I am committed to ensuring that all employees in Alabama adhere to USDA Civil Rights Compliance and Equal Employment Policy by treating everyone in a fair and equitable manner.

I would like for all new incoming and outgoing CRAC members to attend the next Civil Rights Committee Meeting scheduled for October 16, 2007, at 10 a.m. in the Large Conference Room at the State Office. I feel this will be a great opportunity to make the new transition and share ideas.
