Subject:  FNM – Authorization to Attend the Annual Meeting of the Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) in Demopolis, Alabama

Purpose:   To notify Alabama Chapter NOPBNRCSE employees of approval to attend.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2007

The Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) will hold its Annual meeting in Demopolis, Alabama, on August 16-17, 2007.

The following employees are authorized to attend on government time and reimbursement for registration:

• Christopher Ford, President
• Phillip Slater, Vice President
• Lawrence McGhee, Treasurer
• Shirley Hall-Cole, Secretary

Those employees with direct responsibility for program delivery to the field level are authorized to attend on official time.
