Subject:   FNM – Legislative Breakfast

Purpose:  To Authorize NRCS Personnel to Attend the Legislative Breakfast

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2007.

The Legislative Breakfast will be held March 21, 2007, at 7:30 a.m. at the RSA Activity Center, 201 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama.

District Conservationists and RC&D Coordinators are authorized to attend on “government time” pending prior approval from their ASTC (FO), and if they are traveling with their supervisor. No Overnight Travel Will Be Approved.

Registration will begin at 7 a.m. and breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. A brief program will follow.

ASTC’s (FO) and members of Management are to e-mail names of all employees attending the luncheon to betty.walker@al.usda.gov no later than the close of business on March 7, 2007.
