Subject:   FNM – Travel Requests

Purpose:  To notify employees of Travel Review and Approval.

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2007


Effective upon receipt of this bulletin, any travel anticipated for the remainder of the fiscal year must be submitted to the State Conservationist’s Office for review and approval prior to beginning travel status. This includes travel for training, any multiple approvals for groups, and individual travel.

Travel requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to date of travel.  To facilitate timely approval of requests, they may be emailed to Ray Donaldson (ray.donaldson@al.usda.gov,) followed by a fax copy to 334-887-4552.
