Subject:  FNM – Authorization to Attend the Alabama Professional Soil Classifiers (PSCAA) Meeting.

Purpose:  To notify Alabama NRCS employees of attendance and approval requirements for the Annual Meeting of the Professional Soil Classifiers Association of Alabama (PSCAA).

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2007.

The Professional Soil Classifiers Association of Alabama Annual Meeting (PSCAA) is scheduled for May 31-June 1, 2007, in Mobile, Alabama. The technical session will include presenters from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) personnel, Alabama Department of Public Health, and individual soil consulting firms. The topics to be covered are pertinent to the NRCS mission and will be beneficial to both the Agency and employees.

NRCS employees must be a member of the Association prior to the meeting and attend all sessions in order to attend on “government time” at their own expense. Travel must be performed in private vehicles. Government vehicle use is not approved.
