Subject:  FNM – Authorization to Attend RC&D Workshop on June 20-22, 2007.

Purpose:  To notify authorized employees of approval for RC&D workshop.

Expiration Date:  December 31, 2007.

There will be a workshop for RC&D Coordinators in Prattville, Alabama, on June 20-22, 2007. All coordinators (with supervisor’s approval), Shannon Weaver, ASTC-Natural Resources, and Lindy Turner, RC&D Coordinator in Tennessee, are authorized to attend this workshop at government time and expense. Charlie McAlpine is not eligible for per diem due to the location of the workshop.

A room has been reserved for each of you at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2620 Legends Parkway, Prattville, Alabama. Please present your government travel card upon arrival for payment on your individual reservation. The phone number is 334-290-1270.

Registration fee is $100.00 for each coordinator.
