Subject:  FNM – Authorization to Attend the Annual Meeting of the Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE)

Purpose:   To notify Alabama Chapter NOPBNRCS employees of attendance and approval requirements.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2007

The Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) will hold its Annual meeting in Demopolis, Alabama, on August 16-17, 2007. Agenda items will include business meeting, agricultural field tour, and technical sessions.

Only executive officers or personnel who are earning or obtaining points for professional certification in a Society are authorized to attend on government time and registration paid by NRCS. Non-members and members who are not earning points may attend with their supervisor’s approval for leave on their own time and expense.
