Subject:  SPA – Performance Goal Progress

Purpose:  To transmit progress report on performance goals.

Expiration Date:  December 31, 2007.

Enclosed is a spreadsheet displaying performance goal progress as of April 2, 2007. Please be careful and select the correct program choice when entering progress. You may want to place the attached spreadsheet near your computer for reference.

Alabama has exceeded program goals for the following performance measures:

Performance Measures Program Goals
Conservation Plans Written CTA-GEN
Grazing and Forest Land with Conservation Applied to Protect the Resource Base CTA-GEN
Non-Federal Land With Conservation Applied to Improve Fish and Wildlife Habitat CTA-GEN

Field office personnel and RC&D Coordinators should concentrate on meeting program goals for performance measures that are less than 50 percent complete.
