Subject:  SPA – Progress Reporting

Purpose:   To transmit year-end instructions for progress reporting.

Expiration Date: December 31, 2007.

Action Required by:   September 28, 2007

The final date for entering progress into the Performance Results System (PRS) is September 28, 2007. All data quality reviews and corrections should be completed by this date. Records should be reviewed to ensure accuracy in quantity, location, and program data.

PRS will be locked on September 29, 2007. Once locked, FY-2007 data will not be available for editing or additional reporting.
