Subject:  PER – Leave Sharing Program

Purpose:  To alert employees of a fellow employee in need of donated annual leave.

Expiration Date:  April 30, 2007.

Penny Everitt, Soil Conservation Technician in the Florence Field Office, gave birth on March 15, 2007. Her physician anticipates she will be able to return to work April 30. In order to remain in pay status, Penny needs 28.5 hours of donated annual leave.

Anyone wanting to donate annual leave to Penny should complete the AD-1043, Leave Donor Request Form (pdf), and return it to Shirley Hall-Cole in the Financial Management.
