Subject: PER – Performance Management

Purpose: To provide information concerning preparation of FY2007, AD 435A/B, Performance Work Plans.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2007

Action Required by: November 30, 2006

We have been notified by National Headquarters that FY2007 Forms AD-435 A and B, Performance Plan, Progress Review and Appraisal Worksheets are to be prepared in ICAMS/EmpowHR. New for FY2007 is the requirement that AD435A/B’s be reviewed by the next level supervisor prior to finalizing.  Detailed instructions of the electronic process are attached.
