Subject: PER – Approval to attend the 14th
Annual Training Conference of the National Organization of Professional Black
Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (The Organization).
Purpose: To notify employees of approval to attend
subject meeting.
Expiration Date: December 31, 2006
Action Required By: November 15, 2006
The following employees are approved to attend the 14th
Annual Training Conference of the National Organization of Professional Black
Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) at government time
and expense.

Christopher Ford - Alabama Chapter President
Winford Andrews - Training for Civil Rights Committee
April Hill - Training for Civil Rights Committee
Other members of NOPBNRCSE located outside the state office
may attend on government time at their own expense if approved by their
supervisor and appropriate Assistant State for Field Operations. Employees in
the state office desiring to attend should submit requests to their supervisor
for approval and concurrence by the State Conservationist. Requests should be
made in writing no later than November 15, 2006, for approval to attend the
meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana, December 4-8, 2006.
