Subject:  PER – Performance Management System.

Purpose:  To remind supervisors of mid-term performance reviews.

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2007

Mid-term performance appraisal reviews should now be taking place with employees. Reviews should be documented in ICAMS/EmpowHR. Information concerning reviews is located in General Manual 360 - 409.22.

Also, during this review, supervisors are required to provide career counseling.
