Subject:   PDM – South East Association of RC&D Councils Regional Conference.

Purpose:   To authorize meeting attendance.

• Reservations - August 3, 2007
• Registration - August 10, 2007

The South East Association of RC&D Councils Regional Conference will be held in Asheville, North Carolina, on September 9-12, 2007. The following employees are approved to attend this meeting on government time and expense.

To make reservations at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, fill out the “Government Employees Only Registration Form” on their website (Attachment A) and fax/mail it before the deadline of August 3, 2007.

(Note:  You must include a copy of your government ID with the fax/mail and must present government ID at check in.)

To register for the conference, download the registration form from the website (Attachment B) and mail it on or before August 10, 2007. Each individual will be responsible for paying their registration fee and will be reimbursed only for the basic registration fee of $300.

A travel authorization will be prepared and distributed at a later date.
