Subject:  FNM – Approval to attend the 15th Annual Training Conference of the National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (The Organization).

Purpose:   To notify employees of approval to attend subject meeting.

Expiration Date: December 31, 2007

Action Required by:  November 1, 2007

The following employee is approved to attend the 15th Annual Training Conference of the National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) at government time and expense.

Employee - Phillip Slater
Justification - Alabama Chapter President

Other members of NOPBNRCSE located outside the state office may attend on government time at their own expense if approved by their supervisor and appropriate Assistant State Conservationist for Field Operations.

Employees in the state office desiring to attend should submit requests to their supervisor for approval and concurrence by the State Conservationist. Requests should be made in writing no later than November 1, 2007, for approval to attend the meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, December 10-14, 2007.
