Subject:  FNM – Legislative Reception

Purpose:   To Authorize NRCS Personnel to Attend the Legislative Reception

Expiration Date:  September 30, 2008

Action Required by:  February 25, 2008

The AACD Legislative Reception will be held March 4, 2008, at 5 p.m. at the RSA Activity Center, 201 Dexter Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama. The reception will conclude by 6:30 p.m.

District Conservationists and RC&D Coordinators are authorized to attend on "government time" pending prior approval from their ASTC (FO) and they are traveling with their supervisor. No Overnight Travel will be approved.

Registration will begin at 4 p.m. and the reception will begin at 5 p.m.

ASTC’s-FO and members of management are to e-mail names of all employees attending the reception to betty.walker@al.usda.gov no later than close of business on February 25, 2008.
