Subject:  FNM – Authorization to Attend the Annual Meeting of the Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) in Phenix City, Alabama.

Purpose:   To notify Alabama Chapter NOPBNRCSE employees of approval to attend.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

The Alabama Chapter of National Organization of Professional Black Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPBNRCSE) will hold its annual meeting in Phenix City, Alabama, July 31–August 1, 2008.

The following employees are authorized to attend on government time and reimbursement for registration:

  • Phillip Slater, President
  • Craig Johnson, Vice President
  • Lawrence McGhee, Treasurer
  • Shirley Hall-Cole, Secretary

With supervisor's approval, those employees with direct responsibility for program delivery to the field level are authorized to attend on official time.
