Alabama Bulletin No. AL250-8-9  

This bulletin authorizes the following NRCS employees to attend the Regional RC&D Conference in Wytheville, Virginia, on September 10-13, 2008.

The registration will be paid by the state office. All coordinators need to send their completed original registration form to the state office to the attention of Kim Pridgen no later than July 9, 2008. The state office will submit the registration forms and payment to the New River-Highlands RC&D Council by the August 1 deadline.

Any registration form not received by the deadline will not be included for payment, and you will be responsible for making the registration payment arrangements. No late registration charges will be reimbursed.

If a spouse/guest will be attending with you, please attach a check for the required amount to your original registration form when you submit it to Kim.

Employees should make their own hotel reservations. Please remember the M&IE for this area is $70/$39. Any rate over this amount is not authorized and will not be reimbursed.
