Purpose:   To transmit new procedures for acquiring IT and related purchases.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

The purpose of this bulletin is to transmit new procedures for acquiring Information Technology (IT) and Related Technologies (products and devices that use electronic processing, send/receive radio frequencies, and/or provides remote monitor/sensor capabilities) for NRCS organizational units.

This bulletin has an expiration date; however, the information is in accordance with the General Manual policy which remains in effect.
