Purpose:   To provide instructions for reporting Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMP).

Expiration Date: October 11, 2008.

Action Required by: 

PRS is now available for reporting progress for FY-2008. Performance measures are unchanged from FY-2007.

Enclosed is a PRS Newsflash dated October 10, 2007. Field personnel should follow the enclosed guidance when reporting CNMP’s.
