Subject:  PER – Leave Sharing Program

Purpose:   To alert employees of a fellow employee in need of donated annual leave.

Expiration Date: December 30, 2007.

Betty Terry, Soil Conservation Technician at the Moulton Field Office is in need of donated annual leave. Betty is caring for her son who had an automobile accident on his way to school on October 1, 2007.

Anyone wishing to donate annual leave to Betty should complete the AD-1043, Leave Donor Request Form, and return it to Shirley Hall-Cole in the Financial Management Section of the State Office.

Any amount of donated leave will be greatly appreciated by Betty.
