  • Sebastian Thomas, Purchasing Agent in the State Office, passed away suddenly on May 25, 2006, of heart failure due to an undiagnosed congenital heart defect.  He was 37.
  • David Waller, retired in December 2004 as Cartographic Technician in the soils section.  He was buried on March 14, 2006
