Agriculture.

documented by the United State Census. 0 =Less Than State Growth Rate,
If County Growth Rate is greater than State--Points equal 10 points for

as documented by the most recent United States Census. 0 points if
county is less dense than state; points equal 10 points for each
percentage point above the state population density, not to exceed 100.

7. Proximity of parcel to other protected land, such
as military installations, land owned in fee title by the United States
or a State or local government, or by an entity whose purpose is to
protect agricultural use and related conservation values, or land that
is already subject to an easement or deed restriction that limits the
conversion of the land to nonagricultural use.
0 = > 1 mile; 25 = ¼ -1 mile and less < 100 acres; 50 = ¼-1 mile and >
100 acres; 75 = Contiguous and < 100 acres; 100 = Contiguous and > 100
