Pastured Poultry Production

This endeavor is being led primarily by Heifer International as an alternative agriculture enterprise, giving small farmers the opportunity to diversify their operations with poultry.  Pastured poultry supplies consumers with an alternative to traditionally raised confinement poultry, while providing farmers with a sustainable source of manure and pest control.
