Water Quality

NRCS assists landowners in identifying and controlling non-point sources of pollution from agricultural lands and incorporating a water quality perspective into all conservation planning.

Specialists provide leadership for an interagency endeavor on Flint Creek using the "watershed approach" to develop a watershed management plan. Implementation activities are supported in part by Section 319 funds.
