Mid-South RC&D Council

The Mid-South RC&D Council is located in east central Alabama and includes the counties of Elmore, Autauga, Montgomery, Macon, Bullock, Lowndes, and Butler.

The council is working on ways to influence rural development and natural resource conservation. Major projects include the Mid-South lagoon pump out equipment, Smith Station community Activities Building, Tuskegee environmental video, and aquaculture processing.
